A leading law firm is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join its Miami, Florida office. Duties

• Manage commercial litigation cases from initiation through resolution

• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, motions, and briefs

• Participate in depositions and hearings

• Coordinate case strategy with shareholders and senior attorneys

• Engage in client communications and support business development efforts

• Maintain strong attention to procedural and substantive case deadlines

Requirements

• 4–6 years of general commercial litigation experience

• Demonstrated experience in case management and depositions

• Strong legal research and persuasive writing capabilities

• Spanish language proficiency preferred

• Interest in working across a variety of legal issues and industries

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Florida State Bar (or pursuing admission)
