Duties

• Focus on all aspects of broker-dealer regulatory.
• Draft broker-deals with financial institutions, hedge funds, and asset managers.
• Counsel U.S. and non-U.S. clients on investment strategies.
• Contact clients and manage deals.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted, and in good standing, to the bar in the practicing jurisdiction.
• Previous Financial Services Regulatory experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the practicing jurisdiction.
