Duties

• Collaborate as part of a team to manage litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Respond to pleadings and manage discovery processes efficiently.
• Conduct depositions and participate in mediation sessions.
• Argue motions in court and interact with clients regarding various employment law issues.
• Draft and revise employee handbooks, conduct training, and address daily challenges related to employment law.
• Provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Colorado Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and litigation processes.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
