ETL Developer SR

The candidate participates in design review sessions and ensure all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Documents all ETL and data warehouse processes and flows. Creates and supports data load processes via SSIS and database refreshes. Creates or updates technical documentation for transition to support teams. Communicates effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications. Development/management of schema data model through all data warehouse environments. Develop automated data audit and validation process to ensure end users are getting the right data. Partner with and lead others in the delivery of database/data warehouse development solutions Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures. Guides and mentors less senior technical staff and/or contractors on technical/standard/procedural IT principles. Leads small to medium technical projects for organization projects across platforms or business areas. Works closely with all other development roles to create and maintain a specific set of applications, spanning data warehouse and business intelligence databases. May participate in the interview process and engages in successful onboarding of new employees or contractors.
