Duties

• Participate in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements.
• Engage in secured and unsecured lending transactions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to address client needs.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to complex deals.
• Receive mentoring and participate in comprehensive training programs.

Requirements

• Possess or be on track to earn a JD from an accredited law school.
• Register to take the July bar exam in the respective jurisdiction.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in teams and independently.
• Prepared to manage multiple tasks and solve problems proactively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the respective jurisdiction (upon completion).
