Duties

• Analyze, interpret, and litigate complex insurance coverage issues for first- and third-party claims.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court.
• Provide detailed legal opinions and advice to clients regarding coverage disputes and bad faith claims.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop innovative strategies for resolving disputes.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal insurance laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
• Admitted to practice law in MA and NJ/NY.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues with minimal supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Bar Associations of NJ/NY and MA.
