Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate

The candidate will be providing case advisement and handling matters such as taking and defending depositions. Will be conducting witness and defendant direct and cross-examinations at trials. Appearing at mediation and negotiating the resolution of cases. Engaging in motion practice including drafting motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, appellate briefs and other pleadings, and composing and presenting oral arguments. Must have State Bar admission in good standing (or admission in another state with reciprocity and eligibility to waive in). Should have 3+ years of experience and judicial clerkship experience in either federal or state court. Must have J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record, and State Bar admission in good standing in Missouri (or admission in another state with reciprocity and eligibility to waive in).
