Duties

• Propound and respond to discovery.

• Assist Lead Attorney with case management.
• Provide excellent client service.
• Prepare for second chair trial and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in personal injury cases.
• Investigate and prepare claim settlement demands.
• Negotiate and settle disputes with insurance companies.
• Prepare and file civil lawsuits.

Requirements

• Good standing with a CA license.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar license.

Skills
