• Duties
• Negotiate secured balance sheet financings, including credit, pledge, and security agreements.
• Handle bond-related tasks, such as negotiating indentures and note purchase agreements.
• Draft disclosure documents for financial transactions.
• Represent borrowers, lenders, or both in financial dealings.

• Requirements
• Finance experience at a peer firm.
• Experience in receivables, asset-based, and structured financing.
• Experience with esoteric asset classes is a plus.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) from 2018-2022.

• Certifications
• Admitted to practice law in New York.
