Duties

• Conduct research on land use laws and zoning regulations to provide informed legal opinions.

• Negotiate terms of land use agreements and easements.
• Stay updated on changes in land use and zoning laws.
• Prepare and present legal arguments in administrative and court proceedings.
• Assist in community outreach and public meetings related to land use projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in land use and development.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
