Duties

• Represent owners and developers in real estate transactions.
• Manage acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and sale of properties.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and meet billable hour requirements.
• Engage in business development and client networking.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience in a private law firm setting.
• New Hampshire real estate experience required; Massachusetts experience a plus.
• Admitted to the New Hampshire Bar or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar.
