Job Title: Real Estate Attorney 

Job Overview:
A law firm located in Dallas, TX, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented real estate attorney to join its growing transactional practice. This role involves representing a diverse client base in complex real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financings, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and precision.

Duties:

• Negotiate and draft documentation for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Represent clients in real estate financing transactions, including borrower and lender-side matters
• Structure and advise on joint venture arrangements
• Conduct due diligence and title/survey reviews
• Communicate with clients regarding strategy, timelines, and risk assessment
• Collaborate with internal legal teams, partners, and stakeholders on multifaceted real estate deals
• Keep current with developments in real estate law and regulatory matters impacting clients

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in real estate transactions at a law firm or in-house legal department
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage aspects of complex real estate matters
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; eligibility for admission in TX is required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the TX Bar or ability to obtain admission through reciprocity
