• Provide general counsel services to family offices and private investment entities.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license and in good standing to practice law in specified states.
• 6+ years' experience in corporate or business law in a law firm environment.
• Familiarity with estate planning concepts and tax implications of business transactions.
• Strong knowledge in corporate structuring, governance, and business transitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, Georgia, Florida, Arizona, Texas, and/or California.

Skills

• Experience with family-owned businesses and high net-worth clients.
• Ability to manage complex matters collaboratively and independently.
• Portable book of business is advantageous.
