Duties

• Conduct discovery and prepare briefs for litigation cases.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of general litigation experience.
• Experience in civil litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Familiarity with financial restructuring and large chapter 11 cases is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and prior work experience.
• Excellent client interaction and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Undergraduate degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Washington, DC.
