Litigation Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to handle day-to-day requirements of litigated matters, preparation of legal opinions, client interaction, case analysis, and courtroom representation. Reporting to the managing Member, the candidate will be responsible for various aspects of litigation, including discovery planning, motions drafting, depositions, court appearances, and trials.

Duties:

• Manage litigated matters and prepare legal opinions.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide legal counsel.
• Analyze cases and develop case strategies.
• Plan and execute discovery processes.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions and court appearances.
• Represent clients in trials and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with paralegals and other legal professionals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Colorado.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior experience in litigation preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Colorado.
