Duties

• Represent insurers, reinsurers, and other entities in transactions and restructurings.
• Advise clients on compliance with complex insurance regulatory laws.
• Conduct due diligence for insurance regulatory issues in M&A transactions.
• Draft sophisticated legal documents and manage multiple transactions.
• Interact directly with partners and clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional work ethic and motivation.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
