This position offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience to work directly with clients, receive mentorship from a senior partner, and develop their legal expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment. Duties:

• Provide legal services to clients in construction defects, community associations, and real estate transactions.

• Conduct legal research and draft detailed legal documents, including motions, briefs, and client correspondence.

• Assist in the preparation of cases for trial, including discovery, depositions, and pre-trial motions.

• Represent clients in mediation, dispute resolutions, and other legal proceedings.

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and provide them with timely updates on case progress.

• Collaborate with other attorneys, clients, and staff to support the firm's legal practice.

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in corporate real estate, construction defects, or community association law.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented atmosphere.

• Proactive attitude with a desire to grow and learn.

• Experience in mediation, dispute resolution, and litigation preferred.

• Trial experience is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar (Required).
