The candidate's duties include maintaining a large client docket and work report, preparing and filing documents with the U.S. Patent Office, and doing other activities. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required. Should have exceptional organizational skills have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Should have strong computer skills and also have the ability to learn new software systems for billing and docketing. Should have excellent writing and communication skills. Should have experience.
