A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate to join its team. The role will involve providing strategic legal counsel across a range of financial matters, including corporate debt restructurings, complex financial transactions, and related litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience from a reputable Am-Law 100 firm, exceptional writing skills, and attention to detail.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructurings.
• Manage litigation matters related to financial issues, ensuring effective dispute resolution.
• Draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and prepare for court appearances.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and ensure quality representation.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and guidance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a Finance & Restructuring practice.
• Previous experience in an Am-Law 100 firm is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage complex litigation cases effectively.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
