Job Overview: Seeking an experienced and highly qualified Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Associate on behalf of a prominent law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment, representing clients in complex patent litigation cases. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background and a passion for intellectual property law.

Location:

• San Francisco

Duties:

• Provide legal representation in patent litigation cases

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs and motions

• Develop case strategies in collaboration with legal teams and technical experts

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitration

• Participate in discovery processes, including depositions

• Advise clients on legal risks and case developments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent litigation

• Experience in intellectual property law

• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple complex cases

• Federal court experience preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (preferred)

Skills:

• Technical expertise in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or related fields

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

• Strong client management skills
