Duties

• Represent union clients in arbitration proceedings.
• Assist in collective bargaining negotiations, including consulting and drafting proposals.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.

• Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to travel throughout Ohio, including occasional overnight travel.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
