Duties

• Conduct independent legal research and draft substantive pleadings and motions.
• Organize, conduct, and manage discovery practices, including e-discovery.
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers and engage in client interactions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in commercial litigation or related fields.
• Admitted to or eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to sit for the exam.
