The candidate will schedule and assist with coop closings. Will prepare real estate transaction closing documents/ACRIS transfer tax documents. Respond to calls and emails directing inquiries to the appropriate person. Provide general administrative assistance for attorneys (ie: scanning, copying, mailings). Organize and maintain files, drafting and editing/redlining correspondences, agreements, leases, contracts, and memos. Assisting with client intake and inputting billing. Light transcription.
