Duties

• Conduct client consultations to assess legal needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring exceptional service.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings and contracts.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and mediations.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes.
• Stay current on developments in Illinois law and legal practice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Illinois Bar, or pending admission for recent graduates.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to professionalism and ethical legal practice.
• Ability to work on-site in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Smokeball preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Education
