A law firm seeks a Texas licensed attorney for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience in foreclosure, banking litigation, and/or financial services litigation. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Texas.

Duties

• Conduct research and writing.
• Respond to discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings.
• Conduct mediations.
• Prepare for and attend trials.

Requirements

• Must have a great work ethic and work well within a team.
• Must be proactive, responsible, diligent, and responsive.
• Must have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas state courts.
• Texas federal court admission is strongly preferred.
