Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Associate to join its Employment Law Group in Dublin, Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team of experienced advisers on a variety of employment-related matters, both contentious and non-contentious, in a supportive and flexible environment.

Duties

• Advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance on HR-related legal queries, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Conduct investigations related to protected disclosures.
• Advise on labor matters in corporate transactions.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation.
• Advise on transfer of undertakings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on employment law topics.
• Engage in business development activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong experience in contentious, advisory, and transactional employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client needs consistently.
• Passion for business development.
• Interest in maintaining and sharing legal knowledge.
• Team player attitude.

Education

• Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales.

Certifications

• Solicitor qualification in Ireland or England & Wales.
