Duties

• Prepare legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and motions.

• Conduct legal research to support litigation and case strategy.

• Draft and respond to discovery requests and motions.

• Provide legal counsel in collaboration with senior associates.

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

• Manage case analysis and case progression.

• Draft and analyze pleadings.

• Represent clients in court hearings, settlement conferences, and trials.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in California.

• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).

• Ability to handle cases independently from intake to resolution.

• Willingness to travel throughout the Bay Area for hearings and client meetings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
