The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance coverage, including litigation, drafting coverage opinions, and conducting discovery in complex commercial insurance cases.

Duties

• Analyze and draft coverage opinions and pleadings.
• Conduct discovery in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Participate in litigation tasks such as depositions and court conferences.
• Collaborate with a global team on insurance coverage matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of relevant insurance coverage experience.
• Admitted and in good standing in Pennsylvania or New Jersey; additional admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
