Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a full-time Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its Orlando office. The successful candidate will contribute to a high-level litigation and trial practice encompassing complex commercial disputes, intellectual property litigation, employment law matters, and real estate and land use conflicts. Location:

• Orlando, Florida

Duties:

• Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

• Handle matters involving complex legal and factual issues across various practice areas

• Contribute to litigation strategy and case development

• Participate in court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required

• Work closely with partners and other attorneys on trial preparation and client matters

• Maintain strong communication with clients and team members

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in litigation

• Judicial clerkship experience, especially with a U.S. District Judge, is highly desirable

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work full-time in the Orlando office

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized law school

• Academic performance in the top 10% of the class preferred

Certifications:

• Admission to The Florida Bar or eligibility for admission in the near future

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities

• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Strategic thinker with sound judgment

• Experience with moot court, trial team, or law review preferred
