Duties

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys.
• Maintain regular client communication to update on case progress.
• Prepare for and attend court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Michigan Bar Association.
• Experience in personal injury litigation (Michigan No-Fault highly desirable).
• Trial experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• A driven, professional attitude with a passion for client advocacy.

Education
