• Support intellectual property due diligence for business transactions.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in patent prosecution, ideally 1–5 years.
• Strong technical background in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a closely related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.

Education:

• Advanced degree or technical education in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.

Certifications:

• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

• Proficiency in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in chemical and technical fields.
