Duties

• Handle personal injury case files from start to finish.
• Evaluate potential claims and provide legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including demand letters and medical records.
• Research case law and gather relevant evidence.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and insurance adjusters.
• Negotiate settlements and review liens and expenses.
• Represent clients at hearings and mediations.
• Update case files in the management system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Membership in the Virginia State Bar Association.
• Virginia state license to practice law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant data technology software.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Education

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Valid Virginia Bar license.
