Duties

• Manage and litigate class action cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis.
• Lead the briefing of pivotal motions such as class certification and summary judgment.
• Oversee the discovery process and coordinate with experts.
• Communicate regularly with clients and class members.
• Take and defend depositions of class representatives and experts.
• Collaborate with a legal team to develop strategies.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of class action laws and procedures.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in complex litigation, with a focus on class actions, mass torts, or large-scale legal matters.
• Strong litigation skills with experience in complex cases.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and drafting abilities.
• Experience managing and leading a legal team.
• Effective communication skills in court and with clients.
• Strong strategic mindset and adaptability.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).

Skills

• Proven experience in managing class action lawsuits.
• Expertise in class certification and settlement negotiations.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback professionally.
