Duties

• Manage a demanding caseload with a team-oriented approach.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including discovery and depositions.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Supervise a team of paralegals and support staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience.
• Trial experience is essential.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Proficiency in Texas Procedure.
• Detail-oriented with excellent case management skills.
• Commitment to client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
