Duties

• Advise clients on private securities offerings and securitization.
• Engage in general bank lending, including syndicated and asset-backed lending.
• Collaborate on structured lending transactions.
• Contribute to the development of client relationships.

Requirements

• 2-6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS is advantageous.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Solid law firm work experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
