Location:

Duties:

• Analyze complex injuries and their medical causation.
• Draft detailed medical causation reports based on research and expert analysis.
• Collaborate with retained experts to assess and explain medical and biomechanical issues in injury cases.
• Take depositions of adverse medical and biomechanical experts.
• Draft motions in limine related to expert testimony and evidence.
• Conduct extensive legal research to support litigation strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship in a collaborative environment.
• Meet a 1,400 billable hour annual target.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Doctorate degree (preferred)
• Experience:
  • 4 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Certifications:
  • State Bar Admission in CA, KY, OH, or PA (required)
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex medical and biomechanical data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for drafting detailed reports, motions, and legal arguments.
  • Proven ability to take expert depositions and manage expert testimony.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to engage in continuous learning and research.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet billable hour targets.
