• Independently manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Appear in California state and federal courts; prepare and argue briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Draft, review, and redline business contracts.
• Prepare documentation and participate in trials, hearings, and depositions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience in business litigation.
• Experience in business contract drafting.
• Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with court appearances, depositions, and trial preparation.
