Duties

• Assist with all aspects of insurance defense litigation

• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery

• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy

• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations with supervision as needed

• Maintain communication with clients and legal teams

• Ensure timely and accurate case documentation and billing

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in insurance defense litigation

• Ability to manage tasks in a high-paced legal environment

• Willingness to meet performance metrics and billable hour expectations

• Commitment to learning and professional development

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
