Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on estate planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Draft complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Advise clients on asset protection, tax planning, and business succession strategies.
• Work with clients to identify and address their unique estate planning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement creative estate planning solutions.
• Keep abreast of changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
• Manage client relationships and ensure the highest level of client service.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in trust and estate law, with a focus on estate planning.
• Strong experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice in the relevant state (specific jurisdiction).

Skills:

• Expertise in estate planning, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Strong understanding of tax planning, asset protection, and business succession planning.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
