Location:

Duties:

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and responses.

• Assist with the discovery process, including administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents.

• Take depositions as required.

• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.

• Make court appearances as needed.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.

• Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience in New York and New Jersey.

• Experience in casualty defense, premises liability, and automobile liability.

• Must be licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey.

• Excellent academic background.

• Strong skills in reading, writing, communication, and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to handle cases independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.

Skills:

• Strong litigation and trial preparation skills.

• Excellent legal research and writing capabilities.

• Proficient in drafting legal documents and conducting discovery.

• Ability to take depositions and appear in court.
