The candidate should have 10-20 years’ experience to join a broad-based Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. Experience with M&A transactions, qualified retirement plans, executive compensation arrangements, and health and welfare plans is preferred. Prior public accounting or employee benefit consulting background, including experience advising clients on the design and administration of employee benefits plans, or experience in a transactional law firm, is desirable. Excellent written, analytic and interpersonal skills are required.
