Private Fund Formation Midlevel - Senior Associate
The candidate should have 3-12 years of experience in all aspects of the formation and operation of private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure and similar private funds. Should have experience forming hedge funds and venture capital funds, and representing investors with respect to private fund investments will also be considered. Will become part of an exciting global Asset Management and Investment Funds practice, working with a diverse range of premier global clients. Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house experience at an institutional asset manager is strongly preferred. Should have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. Will also demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest quality client service and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
