• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and participate in negotiations on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
• Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in the state of Tennessee.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of Tennessee.
