Location:

• Washington, D.C.

Duties:

• Advise clients on antitrust matters related to mergers and acquisitions (including merger clearance)

• Assist with Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings and address horizontal/vertical overlap issues

• Support clients in FTC and DOJ investigations

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation and enforcement proceedings

• Draft and review legal memoranda, filings, and internal communications

• Collaborate with colleagues and co-counsel on complex transactional and regulatory matters

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in antitrust/competition law

• Direct experience with merger control, antitrust counseling, or investigations

• Familiarity with HSR compliance and merger clearance issues preferred

• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage client relationships

• Must be admitted to the Bar in either Illinois or Washington, D.C., or eligible for admission

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in DC or Illinois (or ability to waive in)
