Duties

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Provide expert legal analysis and strategic advice on insurance coverage issues.
• Draft comprehensive opinion letters on complex legal questions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior associates.
• Participate in business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in commercial litigation and insurance coverage.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting clear and persuasive opinion letters.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professional integrity and commitment to client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing Bar admission in New Jersey is required.
