Duties

• Manage all phases of litigation in state and federal courts from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients with skill, ethics, and confidence before courts, mediators, and arbitrators.
• Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop strategies for favorable and cost-effective resolutions in litigation and transactional matters.
• Adapt creatively and flexibly to changing circumstances.
• Commit to serving the goals and priorities of clients and teammates.
• Engage in marketing and networking to cultivate the client base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Significant experience in New York and New Jersey courts.
• Experience in surety, construction litigation, and insurance coverage preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
