Duties

• Assist with complex business transactions.

• Handle real property leases, easements, and purchase and sale transactions.
• Manage real and personal property-based financing.
• Work on distribution and services contracts, technology and licensing contracts, and NDAs.

Requirements

• Licensed or pending licensure in the State of Oregon.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
