Duties

• Draft legal briefs, motions, and other court documents.

• Conduct depositions, interview witnesses, and prepare testimony.

• Assist in case investigations, evidence collection, and legal analysis.

• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation proceedings.

• Support senior attorneys in jury trials and other legal proceedings.

• Collaborate with expert witnesses and legal staff on case strategy.

• Attend court hearings and out-of-town case-related events as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and/or New Mexico.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Ability to handle multiple cases with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to travel for case-related proceedings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of Texas and/or New Mexico.
