• Conduct legal research and drafting.
• Facilitate filings through state and federal portals.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in the State of Florida.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management software.
• Experience with federal and state court e-filing portals.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
