Duties

• Develop and implement intellectual property strategies.
• Support IP commercialization efforts.

• Navigate IP aspects of venture capital financings and M&A transactions.

Requirements
• Three years of legal experience in intellectual property transactions focused on life sciences.
• Interest in expanding practice to include tech transactions in AI, fintech, and other areas.
• Excellent research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education
• JD required; life sciences related education is a bonus.

Certifications
• Admission to the bar in the state of residence.
